The Laundry Wizard is open daily from 8 AM to 10 PM. Last wash is at 9 PM.
The Laundry Wizard uses a Laundroworks card system. Load value onto your laundry card and use the card to start the washers and dryers.
You can load value onto your Laundroworks card using cash, a credit card or Apple Pay. Apple Pay is used to load the laundry card; the Laundroworks card is then used at the machines.
The laundromat has different washer sizes for different load sizes. If you are unsure which machine fits your laundry or need help using the equipment, ask an attendant in the store.
Yes. Washer capacities include 20 lb, 45 lb, 60 lb, 80 lb and 135 lb machines. The two 135 lb washers are available for very large loads.
The Laundry Wizard has 50 lb dryers for self-service laundry.
Yes. The Laundry Wizard uses an Ozone laundry system with its washing machines as part of the wash process. The system is integrated into the laundry setup.
The Laundry Wizard offers free Wi-Fi, Atmosphere TV, snacks and drinks, and laundry supplies available for purchase.

Wash & Fold laundry can be dropped off during The Laundry Wizard's operating hours, 8 AM to 10 PM daily.
Yes. The Wash & Fold minimum is $25.
Apprentice Wash is $1.75 per pound and Wizard Wash is $2.25 per pound. A $25 minimum applies.
Apprentice Wash is the basic option: your laundry is washed together in one load using premium detergent, dried and folded, and socks are paired. Wizard Wash includes sorting whites and colors, checking and spot-treating stains, premium laundry products, washing, drying and folding, with hang-drying available.
Standard Wash & Fold turnaround is 24 hours.
Qualifying Wash & Fold orders dropped off by noon may be available same day for an additional charge.
The Laundry Wizard uses premium laundry products for Wash & Fold orders. Additional detergent, booster, softener and dryer-sheet options are also available.
Yes. Cold water has no additional charge. Warm water is an additional $0.50 per order and hot water is an additional $1 per order.

Recurring Pickup & Delivery is $2.25 per pound for Apprentice Wash and $2.75 per pound for Wizard Wash.
As-needed Pickup & Delivery is $2.50 per pound for Apprentice Wash and $3.00 per pound for Wizard Wash.
Yes. Pickup & Delivery has a 25 lb minimum and a $2.50 fuel surcharge.
Scheduled pickup days are Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
No. If you will not be home, provide the secure location where the laundry will be left so the driver knows where to find it.
Standard Pickup & Delivery orders are returned within 48 hours unless rush service is requested.
Laundry is neatly folded. Up to five requested items can be hung at no additional charge. Additional hangers are $0.10 each.
No. You can choose one-time or as-needed Pickup & Delivery. Recurring weekly or biweekly service is also available if you want laundry pickup on a regular schedule.

Yes. The Laundry Wizard coordinates dry-cleaning orders through a partnered dry cleaner near Vancouver.
Yes. Dry Cleaning has a $45 minimum.
Yes. Dry Cleaning can be combined with regular laundry as long as the order requirements are met. Keep the Dry Cleaning and regular laundry in separate bags.
Yes. Dry-clean-only garments can be scheduled for Pickup & Delivery when the $45 minimum is met.

Business laundry, accounts, quoting and recurring service.
The Laundry Wizard offers commercial laundry options for businesses including vacation rentals, linen laundry, towel laundry, healthcare-related laundry and campground laundry needs.
Commercial Accounts are intended for businesses with larger-volume orders and ongoing delivery needs.
A commercial arrangement can include volume pricing, weekly billing cycles and extended delivery schedules based on the business's laundry needs.
Smaller businesses with weekly or infrequent laundry can use a Standard Account. Standard Accounts use the same rates as residential service and do not require a commercial contract.
Commercial pricing depends on factors such as laundry volume, the type of items being processed and how often service is needed. Request a bid so The Laundry Wizard can review your needs.
