I’ve never been in such a great mood after having been to the laundromat! Everything, and I mean, everything, was spotless and bright. The washers. The dryers. The tables. The floor. chairs. The office. The windows. Unbelievable!
Crystal, the on-site employee in charge, helped me get acclimated. I washed Queen sized lightweight comforter from IKEA, a duvet cover and medium weight mattress pad for $10.50, all in one machine! Plenty of room. The dryer was about $5.00, also with ample space.
I sure appreciate a person who likes their job, is knowledgeable, efficient, patient and likes people.
Chrystal also speaks well of the owners.
I hope that they read this and reward her accordingly. I have a pretty nice, large laundry facility in my apartment building. But, I am fairly certain that I will return to the Wizard for more than just my large and bulky items. I have already begun to tell my friends about the Wizard laundromat.

I came to wash my clothes for the first time at a laundromat, normally I wash them at home. I didn’t know what I was doing lol,  but Heather was so helpful, I put my clothes in wrong machine and she helped me choose the right one and showed me how to get card to start the washer. I have a disability that makes it difficult to do everyday chores. I use their delivery services. I love it!!! Not only are the crew everlastingly kind and humble, but they actually listen and care. The clothes are always neatly folded and squeaky clean. (And they hang out flannels!) No strong scented stuff, just clean and fresh. They are always on time and the delivery man (and mini delivery girl!) are so sweet. This service has made our lives all the better, it's so nice to always have a set of clothes clean and fresh to put on. Choose this laundry service over the others in the area! I had a queen size comforter I needed to wash. I found laundry wizard online and walked in to get an idea of how this all works first. I’m sure I looked lost and was immediately offered assistance. I grabbed the blanket and another person walked me through how it works. I should note that it is incredibly simple- I just needed some quick instruction. There are always helpful employees in attendance, and the machines are very well maintained. Our first visit was for a heavy King size comforter. Overnight at a great price. Our second visit was to use the $7 machines for huge heavy sleeping bags. Machines were new, clean, as was the entire facility. Each time it was a different young woman at the help desk, and yes they were very helpful! I finally found a laundromat that is actually worth the trip. Laundry Wizard is incredibly clean and completely no-nonsense. It’s the gold standard as far as I'm concerned! Everything is straightforward, and the facility is spotless. Plus, they have a great bonus system, load a single $20 bill onto your card and get a $3 bonus. So clean and helpful this place has no “ musty laundry smell “ the gentleman who helped me was kind and clear giving his thoughts while leaving room for your own opinion. After our home washer gave out after six years, we were waiting for a replacement and needed a temporary solution. I tried a nearby laundromat once, but it was so crowded the second time that it wasn’t practical. Thankfully, my husband discovered this wonderful spot, and we were truly impressed!

This place is spotlessly clean, efficient, and well-maintained. Everything runs on a card system—even the bathroom—which really helps keep everything tidy and organized.

The customer service is excellent, and the heavy-duty washers handle our family’s large loads with ease. I especially appreciate the automatic doors—they make it so much easier when you’re carrying heavy baskets of laundry.

They offer laundry detergent for purchase, comfortable chairs to sit in, plenty of folding tables, and ample parking (even on Saturdays!). They even offer a in house service where they wash, dry and fold and return your clothes to you. Win Win! I highly recommend The Laundry Wizard!  I’ve used their washer/dryers in the past, but this was my first time using the Wash and Fold services.  I was able to drop off bedding for 3 beds, and several bath towels to be washed and folded, and got them back the same day.  Not only were they clean and folded, but they were in nice bags (I was a little worried about them getting dirty in my car, as I didn’t really have anything to transport them). We travel from north Bonneville Washington which is about 45 miles to do laundry here, I have to say this, the place is amazing it's so clean and customer service is on point,  our clothes come out smelling clean and not mildew, I wish that you guys were closer like in Washougal or even camas, 😀 because the the laundry mat in Washougal has gone down hill and the laundry mat in Stevenson well let's just say that there is no comparison you guys hands down are the best

Laundry Wizard is the best!!  I love that it is located so close to my home. It is very clean and they have a amazing staff that are friendly, helpful and always on site. It always seems the staff are working,  improving or updating something. The prices and variety sizes of the machines are great. Just an encouraging note,  it would be helpful to get a couple of bigger size laundry basket carts for oversized baskets. So, I have a 7x10 area rug that I needed washed ASAP. It wasn't heavy and not oriental. But my dog decided that she was angry with me and peed and my houses smelled SO BAD. I tried washing it with the carpet cleaner but nothing. I tried calling but no one would take a drop off and they were charging me a lot for my carpet. I was like... I bought it for 200.... I am not paying 200 for it to be cleaned.... Might as well buy a new one...

NOT ANYMORE. This place has INDUSTRIAL WASHERS! My rug fit with no problem. I'm so happy. 20 bucks later and 40 minutes later my rug is down and I am so happy.

I had not been to a laundromat in years, but I had to go today. I was very surprised in every good way! Heather, the owner, was so helpful in getting me up to speed on how everything works and she got me started. The most important thing for me is the cleanliness and I found it to be very clean! Five Stars for The Laundry Wizard -- Because Dirty Softball Socks Deserve a Little Magic!

I brought in a mountain of dirt-caked, grass stained softball uniforms, and The Laundry Wizard turned them into sparkling clean game-day gold overnight. I'm not saying it was actual wizards...but I wouldn't be surprised if there was a little magic wand hidden behind the detergent. 

Mike was amazing -- friendly, helpful and clearly the true MVP of the spin cycle! The place was spotless, super well-lit and even had TV's so I could catch the game while waiting on our game gear. The washing machines and dryers were sleek, new (or at least looked that way as they were super clean), and so high-tech I felt like I was launching uniforms into orbit instead of just washing them. 

If you're in Vancouver and need your laundry to look less "sliding into home" and more "fresh out the dugout," this is the place. 10/10 would trust Mike and the Laundry Wizard crew with my team's gear again -- because when the pressure's on, clean uniforms shouldn't be your worry.

I came here because my dryer at home broke down with a load of sopping wet towels and the like in it. Not only did the folks here help me in an unfamiliar environment, but they insisted on letting me dry my laundry without charge. What's not to love? Very clean and one of the ladies that works there is very pleasant and kind while the other young lady is very aggressive about the time (it was 9:55 and I was leaving). So be very careful about coming anywhere close to 9pm. First thing she said to me was that I better hustle, even though I am always considerate of their time. I came at 8:15pm... It's super bizarre and awkward every time. She always uses hand gestures at us too like we don't speak English. But other than that, at least it's clean, which is important. What a clean place with the coolest machines you could ever use.  You can do A LOT of laundry in one load.  The staff is always on site and they are so helpful.  This great experience is making me want to do laundry again.  They even fluff and fold for a reasonable price if you just don't wanna do it yourself.  Support this fantastic Laundromat.  They even have parking.  Close to other shopping and restaurants while you wait.  I even met Chris the appliance rep and he was so informative. I used to go to a different laundromat when I had needs for larger machines, but The Laundry Wizard is my top choice. This laundromat is always clean, and I do not need to bring rolls of quarters to operate them! I love that I can reload my laundry card from a kiosk with my debit or credit card, and that I can tap! I highly recommend the Laundry Wizard laundromat. If you have any big bedding  that need to be washed this is the place to go! I was very impressed by the system. You have to buy a laundry card to use the brand new washers and dryers! They have supplies here and a payment center that gives you the card. Without the card you cannot use the bathroom or the facilities. They are worthy of this review! The family was on staff if you needed any help, the wife assisted us with the big commercial machines and helped instruct us with all our needs. The machines are top notch and very well taken care off. We were able to take care of our laundry very efficiently and fast.
As for keeping you busy during the wait , they have on site vending machines and enough TVs to keep you entertained, also have supply center for your materials if needed . They also have on site restrooms !
They're located on a nice location on main Street so you have enough to keep you busy , found out one of our favorite coffee shops and bakery was down the st and close enough for a outdoor stroll.

The Laundry Wizard is an excellent laundromat! They have multiple sizes of machines, all clean and new. The dryers are well kept and dry in about 30 minutes for most loads.

I believe the woman who has been there when I've gone is the owner - she is very helpful and will answer all your questions!

For those who don't already know this is a new biz. The innerspring seem to go the extra steps when putting this place together. All new machines,  reasonably priced, the lady who works there I believe is an owner is very helpful & accommodating. I’ve been waiting for this place to open and I’m so glad they did. So convenient to downtown/Hough. Good prices, very clean and nice inside. The man at the desk was very helpful and kind. The owners are hands on and either the wife or husband are on site.
It is nicely set up clean and have washers for REALLY big loads and for regular loads.
I would definitely recommend this place.
Washing is a bit higher but so worthwhile but drying is $2.00 for 20 min.
Since they opened, this is the only place I do my laundry.

I love the fact we have brand new shiney, properly working machines. Very nice clean place. Cute as well. The only negative is having to buy $10 bear min on the card. Sometimes I only need $5. Dryers actually work !!
I had 7+ dryers 2 set in med. Heat rest high and they were all dry after 1st run and none  were burnt. The owner is super nice helped me out and genuinely wasn't bothered by the million questions. I've been to some real dumpy laundromats since I've been in a place with no washer & dryer. This place is easily the best laundromat I've been to in the last couple of months. It's super clean, nice and bright inside, the staff is very helpful, they've got wifi, the Electrolux machines all look brand new and they use a card system so you're not lugging a bunch of quarters around. I did a lot of laundry my one visit so the cost might've been more for me but I'd happily pay more to do laundry in q nice place like this. This is the nicest and cleanest laundromat I’ve ever stepped foot in. The owner, Heather is kind, attentive and spoke passionately about supporting the community. As a massage therapist, I have tons of laundry to do every week and I’m not lying when I say my laundry went from an all day event, to washing and drying ALL of my sheets, towels and blankets in under an hour.
