Clean, affordable, straightforward laundromat in a good part of town. It appeared that all the machines were relatively newer too! Jennifer was really helpful getting my wash card set up. They have lots of options so check the website for offerings!Posted on Google

Diane Bernel24 days agoIāve never been in such a great mood after having been to the laundromat! Everything, and I mean, everything, was spotless and bright. The washers. The dryers. The tables. The floor. chairs. The office. The windows. Unbelievable! Crystal, the on-site employee in charge, helped me get acclimated. I washed Queen sized lightweight comforter from IKEA, a duvet cover and medium weight mattress pad for $10.50, all in one machine! Plenty of room. The dryer was about $5.00, also with ample space. I sure appreciate a person who likes their job, is knowledgeable, efficient, patient and likes people. Chrystal also speaks well of the owners. I hope that they read this and reward her accordingly. I have a pretty nice, large laundry facility in my apartment building. But, I am fairly certain that I will return to the Wizard for more than just my large and bulky items. I have already begun to tell my friends about the Wizard laundromat. What a great day!Posted on Google
Libby Skalisky24 days agoThis was one of the best laundromat experiences I've ever had! The machines worked quickly and effectively, the entire shop was clean and well taken care of! We met Crystal who was absolutely amazing- super kind and ready to help at a moment's notice. Thank you, we can't wait to use this service with them again!Posted on Google
Tahjane Harrison26 days agoI came to wash my clothes for the first time at a laundromat, normally I wash them at home. I didnāt know what I was doing lol, but Heather was so helpful, I put my clothes in wrong machine and she helped me choose the right one and showed me how to get card to start the washer. The place is clean and so are the machines. I will definitely come backPosted on Google

S.A.L.48 days agoI've spoken with Mike many times, and he has always been wonderful to work with. The Laundry Wizard went above and beyond for our business, even going outside their normal service area to help us when no one else was willing to. Their willingness to accommodate us and excellent service really stood out. I truly appreciate Mike and the rest of the team at The Laundry Wizard and highly recommend their services above anybody else in the Vancouver WA area.Posted on Google
Daniel Blanchard50 days agoCanāt say enough good things about Laundry Wizard! I came to them with a rush request to clean 30+ tablecloths and they delivered on time, with meticulous care, and had constant communication. Heather was amazing and handled a small internal mishap - 12/10 service and quality. I will be a repeat customer.Posted on Google

Derek Shaffer60 days agoWhat a great experience. I have been to many laundromats and have never been to a nicer facility. Everything is state of the art and the staff is amazing. I even had my laundry delivered back to my house. Heather was the nicest and most helpful person what a great experience.Posted on Google
Katelyn Andersen60 days agoI have a disability that makes it difficult to do everyday chores. I use their delivery services. I love it!!! Not only are the crew everlastingly kind and humble, but they actually listen and care. The clothes are always neatly folded and squeaky clean. (And they hang out flannels!) No strong scented stuff, just clean and fresh. They are always on time and the delivery man (and mini delivery girl!) are so sweet. This service has made our lives all the better, it's so nice to always have a set of clothes clean and fresh to put on. Choose this laundry service over the others in the area! (I've tried a few and these guys are the best in my opinion.)Posted on Google

Laura Webster63 days agoI had a queen size comforter I needed to wash. I found laundry wizard online and walked in to get an idea of how this all works first. Iām sure I looked lost and was immediately offered assistance. I grabbed the blanket and another person walked me through how it works. I should note that it is incredibly simple- I just needed some quick instruction. Such nice people, clean facility and all sizes of quality machines. Highly recommend.Posted on Google
Danielle Dosch68 days agoWe hired this company after looking at their reviews compared to others in our area- hands down is what stood out to us, so we took a chance. Best choice ever! They were prompt in pick up and so kind. They were prompt in delivery as well, and the laundry was beautifully presented to us. Being a company ourselves, this went a long way with us. You can tell they take pride in their craft and it overflows into their product! Thank you so much! We look forward to using your services for years to come!Posted on Google

Sequoia Davey149 days agoSo clean and helpful this place has no ā musty laundry smell ā the gentleman who helped me was kind and clear giving his thoughts while leaving room for your own opinion. My only criticism is the chairs are a bit shallow and uncomfortable but that is worth it for this place! although I only use laundry mats to clean my washable rugs, Iāll definitely be backāļøāļøāļøāļøāļøPosted on Google
Randy Burd208 days agoDidn't know anything about how the card based system worked, but the staff was super helpful getting me up to speed. The place is quick and the clean, for a Washington South Western laundry session. I'll be back, not just because I still have money on their card.Posted on Google

Mrs. Topete255 days agoAfter our home washer gave out after six years, we were waiting for a replacement and needed a temporary solution. I tried a nearby laundromat once, but it was so crowded the second time that it wasnāt practical. Thankfully, my husband discovered this wonderful spot, and we were truly impressed! This place is spotlessly clean, efficient, and well-maintained. Everything runs on a card systemāeven the bathroomāwhich really helps keep everything tidy and organized. The customer service is excellent, and the heavy-duty washers handle our familyās large loads with ease. I especially appreciate the automatic doorsāthey make it so much easier when youāre carrying heavy baskets of laundry. They offer laundry detergent for purchase, comfortable chairs to sit in, plenty of folding tables, and ample parking (even on Saturdays!). They even offer a in house service where they wash, dry and fold and return your clothes to you. Win Win! Located conveniently in Vancouver, itās become our go-to when we need to wash laundry.Posted on Google

Emily Powers280 days agoI highly recommend The Laundry Wizard! Iāve used their washer/dryers in the past, but this was my first time using the Wash and Fold services. I was able to drop off bedding for 3 beds, and several bath towels to be washed and folded, and got them back the same day. Not only were they clean and folded, but they were in nice bags (I was a little worried about them getting dirty in my car, as I didnāt really have anything to transport them). I dropped them off with Mike, and picked them up from Grace - both were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be using their services again!Posted on Google
Diana Fishel292 days agoWe travel from north Bonneville Washington which is about 45 miles to do laundry here, I have to say this, the place is amazing it's so clean and customer service is on point, our clothes come out smelling clean and not mildew, I wish that you guys were closer like in Washougal or even camas, š because the the laundry mat in Washougal has gone down hill and the laundry mat in Stevenson well let's just say that there is no comparison you guys hands down are the bestPosted on Google

R S299 days agoLaundry Wizard is the best!! I love that it is located so close to my home. It is very clean and they have a amazing staff that are friendly, helpful and always on site. It always seems the staff are working, improving or updating something. The prices and variety sizes of the machines are great. Just an encouraging note, it would be helpful to get a couple of bigger size laundry basket carts for oversized baskets. Overall, Laundry Wizard is by far, the best laundrymat in town.Posted on Google

Perla324 days agoSo, I have a 7x10 area rug that I needed washed ASAP. It wasn't heavy and not oriental. But my dog decided that she was angry with me and peed and my houses smelled SO BAD. I tried washing it with the carpet cleaner but nothing. I tried calling but no one would take a drop off and they were charging me a lot for my carpet. I was like... I bought it for 200.... I am not paying 200 for it to be cleaned.... Might as well buy a new one... NOT ANYMORE. This place has INDUSTRIAL WASHERS! My rug fit with no problem. I'm so happy. 20 bucks later and 40 minutes later my rug is down and I am so happy. Will definitely be back!! ā¤ļøā¤ļøPosted on Google

deborah thompson373 days agoI had not been to a laundromat in years, but I had to go today. I was very surprised in every good way! Heather, the owner, was so helpful in getting me up to speed on how everything works and she got me started. The most important thing for me is the cleanliness and I found it to be very clean! Itās a very pleasant environment and most certainly a safe one. It is clear to me that Heather takes pride in her business and works hard to keep it to her high standards! I will most definitely be returning to the Laundry Wizard! Thank you Heather!Posted on Google

HealthybyHeath434 days agoNewer vibe, very clean, modern machines from $5 (4 load) - $15 (12 load), and each machine has a large detergent fill container with clear instructions. The interior is well lit throughout with large glass windows and automatic sliding doors. It's in a "safe" area that feels tranquil with the pretty tree lined streets along "Main St" which is adorned with restaurants & bars as well as antique, clothing, sporting & jewelry shops, etc (very walkable) * Parking can be difficult because they have two tight lots (front & back) on the corner of main street but plenty of spaces. * Detergent, dryer sheets, etc. on hand for purchase Things to know: * You'll need to purchase a "The Laundry Wizard" card ($1) to do laundry and/or gain access to the restrooms * You will receive a $3 BONUS for every $20 loaded to the TLW card. For example, I put $20 in the machine, and I got back a TLW card with $22 ($3 back - $1 card fee) Other amenities include: - Two very clean bathrooms that are only accessible by customers through electronic lock, which is unlocked by the TLW card - A water refill station for water bottles - Large tables that are very clean and accessible to fold laundry onPosted on Google
Sarah Ackerman444 days agoHands down the best laundromat in Vancouver. It's so clean and has great air conditioning on the hot days. Every machine is working and in great condition. Really nice bathrooms. There's always an attendant that's super friendly. I'll never go anywhere else.Posted on Google
Auric444 days agoI came here because my dryer at home broke down with a load of sopping wet towels and the like in it. Not only did the folks here help me in an unfamiliar environment, but they insisted on letting me dry my laundry without charge. What's not to love? Based on this experience alone, I would urge anyone in this part of Vancouver who needs to use a laundry facility to bring their wash here.Posted on Google

Anna Rea453 days agoVery clean and one of the ladies that works there is very pleasant and kind while the other young lady is very aggressive about the time (it was 9:55 and I was leaving). So be very careful about coming anywhere close to 9pm. First thing she said to me was that I better hustle, even though I am always considerate of their time. I came at 8:15pm... It's super bizarre and awkward every time. She always uses hand gestures at us too like we don't speak English. But other than that, at least it's clean, which is important. I dread being there when she is though. Lol.Posted on Google

This laundromat is always clean, and I do not need to bring rolls of quarters to operate them! I love that I can reload my laundry card from a kiosk with my debit or credit card, and that I can tap! The atmosphere is calm and inviting, with plenty of natural light that makes the space feel welcoming. The service was truly outstandingārealizing we were new to the process, the staff took the time to walk us through the different machine types and helped us determine the best fit for our laundry needs. Their expertise was evident, as they quickly and efficiently laid out the most cost-effective plan for us. They also offer a great selection of reasonably priced laundry products for sale. One detail that stood out was their commitment to cleanlinessāmachines were promptly cleaned after each use, ensuring a fresh experience every time. Tom A580 days agoGreat spot. Had some issues as the house and needed my bedding and clothes done, but also was too busy to sit there. Washed, folded, and vacuum packed ready for pickup same day in hours. Very professional and friendly, highly recommended.Posted on Google

Jeannie Timpke587 days agoI highly recommend the Laundry Wizard laundromat. If you have any big bedding that need to be washed this is the place to go! I was very impressed by the system. You have to buy a laundry card to use the brand new washers and dryers! They have supplies here and a payment center that gives you the card. Without the card you cannot use the bathroom or the facilities. They are worthy of this review! The laundry wizard truly is a magical concept, clean, and by far the best kept little secret for washing your laundry! ;)Posted on Google

Jeremy Nevarez590 days agoThis is the spot to go ! Drove across town to come here! When it comes to laundry mats , you expect them to be clean and this place had to be one of the cleanest if not cleanest laundrymat I have been too. Family run which is great to know your supporting their businesses. The family was on staff if you needed any help, the wife assisted us with the big commercial machines and helped instruct us with all our needs. The machines are top notch and very well taken care off. We were able to take care of our laundry very efficiently and fast. As for keeping you busy during the wait , they have on site vending machines and enough TVs to keep you entertained, also have supply center for your materials if needed . They also have on site restrooms ! They're located on a nice location on main Street so you have enough to keep you busy , found out one of our favorite coffee shops and bakery was down the st and close enough for a outdoor stroll. Very well kept as well, also have water fountains . Overall a great experience and will definitely be coming here again. It's worth the drive !!!Posted on Google
Jasmine Durant604 days agoThe Laundry Wizard is an excellent laundromat! They have multiple sizes of machines, all clean and new. The dryers are well kept and dry in about 30 minutes for most loads. I believe the woman who has been there when I've gone is the owner - she is very helpful and will answer all your questions! Loading money onto your card is fast and easy, getting a new card is $1. Bonus money is added if you reload with cash at $20 and up! Price is comparable to other laundromats. The cleanliness of the business and knowing someone is on-site will keep me returning to the Laundry Wizard.Posted on Google

I would definitely recommend this place. Washing is a bit higher but so worthwhile but drying is $2.00 for 20 min. Since they opened, this is the only place I do my laundry. They offer the service of doing your washing and folding too!Posted on Google
Bethany Diaz623 days agoI love the fact we have brand new shiney, properly working machines. Very nice clean place. Cute as well. The only negative is having to buy $10 bear min on the card. Sometimes I only need $5. Most times, I only need $5. And why do the $20 purchases get rewarded? Seems a little unfair. Haha. It's all good. Thanks for opening.Posted on Google

Soraya Steglich716 days agoThis is the nicest and cleanest laundromat Iāve ever stepped foot in. The owner, Heather is kind, attentive and spoke passionately about supporting the community. As a massage therapist, I have tons of laundry to do every week and Iām not lying when I say my laundry went from an all day event, to washing and drying ALL of my sheets, towels and blankets in under an hour. Give this place a shot and you will not be disappointed!Posted on Google
